深圳“百姓书房”24小时为市民亮灯 成为群众愿意来、喜欢来、经常来的公共文化空间

深圳新闻网2024年4月14日讯（深圳特区报记者 杨丽萍）拍照、打卡，位于深南大道、楼高四层的24小时亮灯“百姓书房”成为市民休闲阅读的网红点。从去年7月1日启用至今，9个月累计吸引36.7万人次来到这尽享阅读时光，包括不少香港居民。

昨日，记者走进书房时，里面已座无虚席。不少人正在安静地阅读。市民杨敏听人推荐后特意来“打卡”，她告诉记者：“这里环境非常现代舒适，书籍也很适合年轻人阅读，确实是一个阅读、发呆的好地方。”

“百姓书房”的静思房被称为“深圳最美自习室”。独立的自习区几乎天天爆满，放出来的预约号几乎是秒光。在刚刚发布的2024年第九届政府设计奖榜单上，“百姓书房”斩获全球政府设计类金奖。

“百姓书房”其实是深圳市党群服务中心二期，是该中心服务市民的一次探索，打造出市民愿意来、喜欢来、经常来的公共文化空间。不少市民点赞：“市委、市政府为老百姓办了一件好事！”

“百姓书房”以“24小时为你亮着的一盏灯”为理念，外立面采用大面积超白玻璃和阳极氧化铝型材，整体打造出通透的玻璃幕墙，使建筑看起来通透纯净，将原有传统建筑产生的市民与公共服务场所之间的距离感消除。白天，玻璃幕墙为室内带来更多自然光，营造更自然的读书环境，并减少能耗。夜晚，灯光透出幕墙，“百姓书房”宛如一盏矗立在深南大道边的“灯塔”，为市民指引方向。

“百姓书房”设置24小时阅读区、沉浸阅读区、儿童阅读区、独立自习区等分区，陈列了约6000种共2万册图书，涵盖时政、社科、文学、艺术等品类；提供约150个阅览座位，还设置了“里约生活馆”特色水吧，为市民提供24小时共享阅读服务。

据了解，深圳市党群服务中心自2018年6月正式启用以来，开展各类活动近1万场，已成为深圳基层党建工作的一张名片。来源：深圳特区报
