深圳青年强技能补素质拓展社交圈 又见夜校归来：白天上班晚上上课

深圳新闻网2024年4月8日讯（深圳特区报记者 郑思）近日，“青年夜校”在北京、上海、广州、深圳等一线城市发展迅猛，上海甚至出现了超65万人同时在线抢近1万个课程名额的“盛况”。“年轻人为什么抢着上夜校”也成为微博热搜话题。记者调查发现，深圳各区青年夜校正蓬勃发展，非洲鼓、拉丁舞、尤克里里、国画、粤语等课程种类繁多，美妆、桌游等热门课程更是一课难求。白天上班、晚上上课成为深圳青年生活新潮流。

课程丰富：“吹拉弹唱演”样样都有

4月3日晚上7点，深圳市团校412室聚集了不少年轻人，小林下班后早早地赶来，迫不及待地和“搭子们”开始一场桌游。这是“青年创新学堂”（青年夜校）自3月19日开办以来，推出的第三场桌游免费课程。

青年夜校像是成年人的“晚托班”。深圳市团校相关负责人说，目前“青年创新学堂”（青年夜校）还在试运营免费现阶段，开设了手机摄影、桌游、脱口秀、花艺课，每门课程四节课。当时计划小班课教学，每个班25人。“报名以后特别火爆，我们跟老师协商了以后，每个班适度增加了几个名额。”

在深圳，从去年下半年开始，福田、宝安等区开办了青年夜校，根据青年需求开设的课程各有特色，种类也在不断丰富。

由团福田区委主办的福田青年夜校从去年9月开办以来，截至目前，开展130余场课程、吸引超1万名青年，活动场场“爆满”、供不应求。青年夜校还下沉至街道，形成“一街道一特色”。

“当时我们是抱着试一试的心态开办青年夜校，没想到这么火爆。”宝安青少年宫综合类校长黄华宇说，宝安青年夜校由宝安青少年宫开办，最初开设了吉他、尤克里里、非洲鼓等课程，后来又陆续增加了武术、钢琴、演讲与口才等课程，今年根据青年的需求来定制课程。截至目前宝安青年夜校组建了6个微信群，建立了超1000人的青年夜校社群，面向社会招生近600人。

需求强劲：既是精神家园还是社交平台

青年夜校火爆背后折射的是新时代青年日益增长的文化需求。 20世纪七八十年代，夜校作为社会教育形式，承担着提升中青年人学历的作用，如今的青年夜校正以崭新的面貌焕发勃勃生机。

“夜校就像学校里的社团，在这里不仅可以学习兴趣爱好，还能认识很多志同道合的朋友。”家住宝安的95后小郑刚刚参加工作两年，从去年开始她报名参加了宝安夜校的街舞班。小郑说，青年夜校和传统的培训班不太一样，由于是公益性质的，每堂课平均几十块钱，比外面的商业培训便宜很多，课程质量也有保障。

“80后”宝爸小李说，青年夜校像成人版“少年宫”，孩子在宝安青少年宫上培训课，他也报名参加了宝安青年夜校的演讲和口才课程，借此提升个人的沟通能力，还可以结交来自各行各业的朋友。

根据前程无忧51job日前发布的《2024“夜校”走红职场调研》显示，30岁左右（年龄段分布于“90后”、“95后”）的职场人对夜校的参与度较高，“提升自我，知识升级”“学点职业技能”是大多数受访者选择夜校的首要原因，“结交新朋友，拓展社交圈”是参与夜校的主要动机。

面向未来：向专业化社群化发展

面对青年需求，从团中央到团省委正积极推动青年夜校在各地蓬勃发展。今年3月，团中央发布《青年之家·青年夜校项目实施指引》，鼓励各级团组织积极行动起来举办青年夜校。

深圳市团校相关负责人说，青年人喜欢什么我们就开设什么课程。今年3月，团市委在“青年创新学堂”（青年夜校）常规夜校课程的基础上，举办了“大咖来啦”活动，邀请各领域知名学者、行业领军人物为青年开展通识讲座。“刚踏入社会，还没有打开视野，想通过渠道获取信息，争取更多的成长机会，看看有没有做副业的机会。”在3月30日“大咖来了”活动现场，去年刚来深圳工作的“00后”小唐说。

随着学员的沉淀和成长，青年夜校还将向社团化发展，课程也逐步进阶。比如，福田区青年夜校联合企事业单位开办了“机关青年夜校”“保安青年夜校”“产业工人青年夜校”“金融青年夜校”，未来将打造“1+10+N”的福田青年夜校体系。来源：深圳特区报
