落细落实“百千万工程”，深惠城际大鹏支线征拆告捷

深圳新闻网2024年4月7日讯（记者 周维朕 通讯员 吴鹏 杨运彬 梁佳霖 肖科）近日，深惠城际大鹏支线征拆（腾空）协议签约暨用地移交仪式在深圳市大鹏新区葵涌办事处举行。

活动现场，大鹏新区葵涌办事处与相关业主代表依次签署征拆（腾空）框架协议，并同步与深圳铁路投资建设集团有限公司共同签署了《深惠城际大鹏支线用地移交书》。至此，深惠城际大鹏支线（大鹏段）燕葵区间涉及本次征拆（腾空）的11户业主和20多户租户全部签约并在第一时间完成项目用地移交。

深惠城际大鹏支线起自深圳龙岗区龙城站，止于大鹏新区新大站，预计将于2026年底建成，通车后可实现大鹏与龙岗、坪山半小时通勤，通过换乘可快速抵达宝安国际机场、南山、前海等地，对于缓解大鹏半岛交通压力、提升城市品质等具有重要意义。



攻坚组开展清租腾空工作

为加快大鹏支线（大鹏段）燕葵区间建设进度，今年以来，葵涌党工委、办事处集中力量实施项目征拆（腾空）攻坚，攻坚工作组与地铁施工方通力协作，在深入征拆一线宣传征拆政策及现场解答业主疑问的同时，主动介入涉征拆物业清租事项并想方设法协调业主和租客的矛盾，妥善解决了违建拆除、补偿标准差异等业主关心的问题并在拆迁事项上达成一致。

相关数据显示，深惠城际大鹏支线占用葵涌范围土地面积20万平方米、临时用地面积2万平方米、地面永久范围征转面积2120平方米，上述用地已全部移交并进场施工。据深圳铁路投资建设集团有限公司相关负责人介绍，目前大鹏支线沿线车站和区间工点已全面开工建设，在大鹏新区及街道层面的大力支持下，今年1月大鹏段葵大1＃斜井至2＃斜井区间成为全市轨道交通项目建设中本年度第一个双线贯通的暗挖隧道，此次燕葵区间征拆工作任务的圆满完成，为项目的后续建设奠定了更坚实的基础。来源：深圳新闻网
