职场上，遇到这几件事，千万不能大意

作为“天选打工人”，在职场上，总是会受到或多或少的委屈和不公平的待遇！尽管我们身在当下的和谐社会，但是总有那么几家公司爱钻“法律空子”！员工想仲裁，但是没有时间去等待。想要入职下一家公司，但是听到你还有劳动仲裁在身，我们便没有办法入职。这就让很多爱钻空子的企业“有机可乘”！
同样都是打工人，小龙可以说被这些公司真正的“恶心”到了！
1、初出茅庐，被“白嫖”试用期！

小龙大学毕业后，满怀热忱，经过校招的几轮“面试”，终于找到一家公司。入职后，小龙就像出笼的兔子一样，卯足了劲。如果能评选“爱岗敬业”标兵，那小龙绝对是第一名！但是，就这么一位充满干劲的职场新人，虽然成功的度过了实习期，却没能撑过试用期！原因很简单：试用期不合格！可是哪里不合格小龙并不知道。看着自己曾经奋斗过的工位，小龙有点黯然，收拾自己行李的时候，看着那些曾经朝夕相处的“小伙伴”。小龙总觉得一股莫名的失落感。出门的那一刻，没有送别，没有感言，只有电梯冰冷的按键。



回想自己从入职这家公司开始，到现在的黯然离场，小龙百思不得其解，究竟我哪里不合格？到底是什么地方做错了？为什么没有人和我说呢？这些疑问让小龙陷入了深深地自责。或许那个时候他还不知道什么叫做“职场莫须有”。也不知道如何维权，最后只能不了了之！
2、调离岗位，被“边缘化”一腔热血终落空！

经历了“职场莫须有”，小龙以“社会就是磨砺人”这句话，让自己重拾信心。不久后，小龙重新入职了一家新的公司。
还是和以前一样，小龙总是做任何事都是冲在第一线，永远那么有活力。因为有了上次的教训，小龙这次处处小心，就连PPT上的一个标点符号，都是再三确认后再打上去。不知不觉，小龙顺利的度过了试用期，成为了一名正儿八经的“正式工”。



小龙那颗悬着的心终于放了下来。不久后，就以业绩第一的成绩，成为公司年度“最佳新人”。公司的表彰会上，小龙很是激动，回想自己第一份工作的不顺心，他有感而发：“我相信付出努力的人，终将不会被辜负！”或许这句话，得罪了那些“不努力”的人！
表彰会不久后，小龙收到一份人事任命，希望他能够前往同城的另一处办公场所去办公。虽然有点意外，但还是接受了这份人事任命，“强者不被环境打败！”关键时刻，小龙的内心总是充满了力量。



时间不久，小龙发现了一个非常严重的问题，新的办公场所是共享办公室！就只有零零散散的几个人，还都不是自己公司的同事，而且自己的主职工作，出现了信息断层，导致自己的业务根本无法完成！强烈的危机感，油然而生。小龙打电话给自己的主管沟通，希望能让自己重新回到主办公区，但是得到的回复却是“这是公司的决定，我无权干涉呀！”
小龙很快从销冠的位置上跌落下来，再看看自己的手里的资源全被公司给拿走，那种失落感再次浮现。多次和公司沟通无果后，小龙递交了人生中的第一封辞职信。



回想这次的工作，用小龙的话讲：“流放不可怕，可怕的是我没有经验！”这个时候，小龙眼里的光消失了。或许社会对他的历练才刚刚开始。
3、不合理的工作任务，总是冠冕堂皇的“压榨”

不久后，小龙重新找了份工作，虽然眼里没有了光，但是热情依然健在。小龙的前两次经验，让他自己对职场有了“全新的看法”——能力再大，若是没有平台，自己什么也不是！这句“资本的箴言”让小龙变得唯唯诺诺，从一个做事雷厉风行的新人，变成了唯唯诺诺的职场老人。单纯的小龙，以为只要自己勤勤恳恳的工作，不再崭露头角，就能安然无恙。可是他总是会忽略一件事——这个世界就是个“草台班子”。
小龙虽然低调很多，但是金子在哪里都能发光。每次的任务，分配到小龙手里，他那份敬业的心，总是会莫名的驱使他尽快完成。本来一个月的活，他一个礼拜就完成了。公司本着“我请你来解决公司的问题，不是来解决你的问题”的原则，看着“无所事事”的小龙，又是一份任务给到，小龙也是没有多想，还是完成了。公司又打着“能者多劳”的口号，又一次给小龙安排了任务，小龙也是欣然接受。



小龙每天疲于工作，不知不觉中，自己工位旁居然换了一个新人！这一点让回过神来的小龙很是意外！更加意外的是，原来4个人的项目小组，居然只有自己一个人，多方打听才知道，竟然被自己“卷走”了！这个新人就是公司安排的“最合理人效”。
可怜被压榨的小龙，还要背负着“卷王”的名头，只有不断增加的任务量，却没有不断增加的工资！原本承诺的双休，也逐渐变成了单休，到最后一个月休一天还要被催任务进度！不得已，小龙再次递交辞呈！
小龙似乎还没意识到，什么是草台班子！
4、别说不公平，你就是没有会做PPT的厉害

被压榨过后的小龙，休息了一段时间后，又一次踏上了这个“无限的仓鼠跑道”中。但是这次的遭遇，让小龙明白了职场上最关键的道理——会做PPT的是“真厉害”！
入职后的小龙，被分配到全新的项目中，又一次让小龙感受到巨大的压力，但是骨子里的“敬业”让他再次重获新生！不久后，项目中的难点都被一一攻克，领导也是对小龙赞赏有加，这样小龙，第一次有了当“项目负责人”的念头。



原以为自己能够通过过硬的技术和那份敬业的精神，自己当选“项目负责人”，一定是板上钉钉的事。但是职场，又再一次刷新了小龙的三观——被一个PPT打败了！
小龙忙完手里的活，进入会议室的时候，同组的小孙正在忘我的讲述PPT，为了凸显自己能做项目负责的能力，他还特意把自己的PPT做的精美无比，加上他那“三寸不烂舌”，总是再最精彩处博得大家一致掌声！
轮到小龙的时候，虽然自己的业绩大家有目共睹，但是让自己演讲，却没有小孙讲得精彩！一时间小龙入职以来所有的努力，在这一刻全部处于下风！
不出意外，小龙落选了。可是自己却还要忍受一个什么都不懂的人指指点点，小龙感觉自己的技术和专业，受到了极大的侮辱！
可能小龙还没有明白，这个世界其实就是虚的掌握实的。会说话，会沟通，总是会比别人爬的高，走得远。你技术过硬，就负责干货。他PPT做的好，他就负责汇报！你说领导听谁的呢？



正因为你有一技傍身，所以你会觉得我在哪干都一样。而那些没有“一技傍身”的人，才会挖尽心思讨好上级，因为他们才是那群——没有平台，“能力”再大也没用的人。失去了平台也就失去了所有！所以他们比任何人都怕，因为他们面对的是对生存的恐惧，所以让他们在职场上总是无所不用其极！
这才是你干不过会做PPT的原因。因为我们所面临的威胁不一样！所以拥有的动力也不一样。相比之下，他们才是职场的“弱势群体”。但是没有一个人会承认，自己是无用的那一类人！

职场就如战场，阳某阴谋其实并没有电视剧里演绎的那么精彩，但是，职场却是是个历练人的场所！体验“怀才不遇”、体验“流放‘三千里’”、体验“溜须拍马的人是你的上司”、体验“什么叫做牛马”。
但是，天将降大人于斯人，你的所有坏遭遇，总是会有好的回报在等你。无论你身处什么样的逆境，一定要恪守初心，恪守自己的本份。逆流而上是真本事，随波逐流，那才是小人行径。小龙每次遇到的不公待遇，支撑他走过去的，都是那一股子正能量。我们工作已经很丧了，没有必要为了一些糟心窝的事折磨自己。
