    被举报人张信某自担任北高镇冲沁村现任党支部副书记、支委以来,长期霸占基层政权,利用村干部的身份破坏防护林、倒卖耕地、中饱私囊、倒卖海沙非法盈利,将集体资产视作个人满足私欲的摇钱树,手中的权力俨然成为了个人敛财的工具,罪恶涛涛、罄竹难书,具体罪恶事实如下:

    1、长期开设赌场,曾经还拐卖妇女、儿童,从中莸取暴利。

    2、长期占用耕地倒卖政府禁止倒卖咸沙；

    3,利用职务之便长期收受他人巨额礼物,礼金等。以各种理由拒绝村民危房改造,在百姓礼毕后方可签字批复。

    4,前年非法倒卖柴、汽油被公安机关抓获归案!后通过关系即取保候审!并撤销全部案件保留档案!

    5,张某某小学都没有毕业怎么会当选村党支部副书记,明显文凭造假伪造。实在可耻!现在提倡年轻化,大学文凭才能当选村支部书记及副书记！

    7、为了敛财攫取村集体利益,不听村民劝阻,肆意砍伐防护林,倒卖海沙,仅此一项便牟利60多万元,祸害一方!

    习主席强调“有腐必惩、有贪必肃”，张信荣多年来所犯的涛涛罪行“腐、贪、恶”俱全，极大的破坏了党和基层人民群众的关系，性质恶劣、影响败坏、丧心病狂，国法不容！作为受害人，我们恳求领导对于张信荣的违法事实有待相关部门进一步查证、查处。以事实为依据，以法律为总绳，，打黑扫恶，铲除毒瘤，横扫害虫，惩恶扬善为老百姓出出气，还百姓一个公平、公正、民主、法制的艳阳天，增添百姓的安全感、获得感、幸福感!
